Realtor

Renee Bridges

Renee was born and raised in Eagle River Alaska where she spent her childhood enjoying the outdoors and spending the weekends nestled away in a small tent in the woods with her sisters. She joined the USAF straight out of High School and developed a love for aviation as an Air Traffic Controller and later her license as a Private Pilot. During her time in the Military Renee received a Bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Her travels and exposure to many diverse climates solidified her belief that experiencing four seasons a year was truly a blessing! As a mother of four girls, Renee and her husband Tripp would bring the family to Montana every year to escape the unforgiving temperatures promised by Texas year after year. The whole family would soon agree on one thing, that the mountains are where they belong. After spending days roaming the various areas of NW Montana they stumbled upon the quaint and unforgettable town of Eureka, and the rest is history! All year long you can find Renee hiking, running and warming up with hot coffee and favorite books at the local coffee shops. She looks forward to her new adventure as a Realtor and hopes to enhance the lives of all individuals in the community as well as those whose desire to experience Montana.

Mandi Pershall

Mandi, a Helena native and now a proud resident of Eureka, Montana, brings a diverse skill set to Montana Properties LLC as the team's go-to problem solver. Splitting her time between property photography, editing, and her role with Big Sky Mobile Imaging as HR and lead imaging dispatch, she thrives on staying organized and self-motivated. Formerly the owner of a beloved dog grooming business in Helena, Mandi made the tough decision to leave that chapter behind when relocating, though she still fondly recalls styling Standard Poodles. In Eureka, she has found peace and purpose in the community’s close-knit nature and strong support system. Her life outside the office is just as vibrant—spending spring shed hunting, summer tending to her massive garden, fall harvesting wild game, and winter immersed in her art studio. Her handcrafted artwork, including pieces framed in recycled lariat rope, decorates her office walls. Her advice for newcomers? “Be prepared to not have cell phone service and pack bear spray—always!”
