Joe Purdy

Joe Purdy is a fourth-generation Eureka native and has been a licensed real estate agent and broker since 1984. Before real estate, he spent fifteen years with the Kootenai National Forest Service in fire and land management, learning this country the hard way: on the ground, in every season.

Over more than forty years, Joe has guided buyers and sellers across Eureka, Lake Koocanusa, Whitefish, and the Flathead Valley, from first cabins to working ranches. His years building Purdy Ranch, his time with global corporations, and a long run as a high school basketball coach all shaped the same approach: show up first, be prepared, and shoot straight.
